Beef Stew with Apples and Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. stew meat
- 40 oz. canned sweet potatoes, drained
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 2 large apples, cored and sliced
- 1-2 c. beef bouillon (without MSG)
- 1-2 t. garlic (to taste)
- 1 t. thyme
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/ 4 t. cinnamon
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the crockpot and mix well. Cook on low for 8-12 hours.
