Book Review: When You Ask Why by Daniel Johnson
Book Review: When You Ask Why by Daniel Johnson
I have to admit I wasn’t sure where this book was going at first…but I ended up pleasantly surprised.
I appreciated the way Daniel Johnson summed up the answer to the question, “Where is God in the suffering?”. He answers it thusly: “God does not cause the tragedy and terror that stalk the earth. He allows it, He employs it for our good; but He does not cause it, nor is it His will.” (p.50)
