Breakfast Smoothie & Variations
Mix all of the following in a high-speed blender.
1 c. good quality whole cow’s milk or full fat organic plain yogurt or plain kefir or plain coconut milk
1 c. fresh or frozen bananas, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, black berries, peaches, or pineapple OR 2T. cocoa or carob powder
1-2 T. honey or 1 serving of stevia (amount depends on the brand)
1T. virgin coconut oil or flaxseed oil OPT.
1T. or one serving of goat’s milk powder or whey protein powder OPT.
Makes one serving. Double this for a friend or to save for a mid-afternoon snack.
