Art: Mini-Collage Part 2
Art: Mini-Collage Part 2
Continuing with my love of 4×6 index cards, I recently made a series of mini-collages, one per day, using the cards, magazines, decorative paper, glue and decorative tapes. 4×6 index cards are so unintimidating, inexpensive, easy-to-find, and easy-to-use. For most I ended up with a theme, which are pretty obvious.
The great thing about collages, like doodling and art journaling, is pretty much anything goes. You can’t do anything wrong. They don’t have to look pretty and you don’t even need to like them. The point is to exercise your right brain muscle of creativity and do a little something every day that is creative (and that does not always need to be something artsy.) Try making some for yourself. Samples are installment number two.
