One benefit right off the bat is that everyone can do it, young and old alike. It doesn’t require a lot of special equipment or expertise and it’s readily available all the time. Walking is cheap and easy to do!

Absolutely yes! That’s a great idea to change directions, but even without doing that, any walking at all is very beneficial!
Walking is really good for every person. if we should increase our physical activities like walking, running, swimming, then we will no need to join gym for weight loss. I used walk at least 6km each day.
