Italian Beef Stew
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. stew beef
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 1-2 c. beef bouillon (without MSG)
- 2 -4 T. tomato paste
- 2 cans cut up tomatoes, drained
- 12-16 oz. frozen lima beans
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 1 green pepper, cut up
- 2-3 large carrots, cut up
- 1 t. oregano
- 2 t. parsley
- 1/2 t. basil
- 1/2 t. thyme
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
Directions:
Put all ingredients into crock pot and mix well. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
