I love dried apricots as a snack! I knew there was lots of fiber in apricots – hence, the good for constipation – but I didn’t know they are also good for skin and eyes. I should eat them more often!
Yes, apricots are great. I encourage you to eat at some of them fresh, though. In some areas they are still in season right now.
