Great article! I eat walnuts daily on my oatmeal.
Glad you liked it and glad to hear you eat walnuts regularly. Do have any other favorites ways to eat them?
Cheryl, thanks for reminding me of the nutritional value of walnuts. I just packed a jar of fresh walnuts this morning for my trip. Now that I read your post I’m patting my self on the back. Atta girl!
Yea!! I just bought some walnuts from the store today, too. God created lots of healthy food. Glad you are enjoying it!
One of my favorite fall foods! Thanks for the recipes!
You are welcome! Let me know how you like the recipes after you try them.
I must second Kim. Nuts are great no matter where they are. I’ve noticed you’re missing cakes. There are plenty of great recipes including walnuts for anyone with sweet tooth.
It’s hard to make cakes without sugar that actually taste good, plus cake recipes are so plentiful everywhere else. I wanted to focus on healthy and different kind of recipes.
